Attorney at Law

Paige Palumbo

Paige Palumbo is an attorney focusing on elder law, estate planning, business planning, probate, and trust administration. She began her legal career in 2013 as an intern at a firm dedicated to these areas of practice, where she developed a strong foundation and long-term commitment to helping families navigate important life and financial decisions.

Paige earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She completed her undergraduate studies at Michigan State University and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in the spring of 2019.

Throughout her career, Paige has prepared more than 3,000 estate plans for clients. This includes plans for individuals with special needs, blended families, non-US citizens, and high-net-worth clients, all of which require unique estate and tax planning to fit their needs. She has extensive experience assisting families with guardianships, conservatorships, and preserving assets from the high costs of long-term care. Paige assists families with complicated Medicaid eligibility guidelines, ensuring that your loved ones get the in-home and nursing home care they need without losing everything.

Clients who are operating or starting a business turn to Paige for counsel and representation at every stage throughout the life of their business. She handles entity formations, contracts and agreements, buy-sell agreements, and succession plans. Paige enjoys creating a plan that is customized to each business to achieve specific goals.

Paige is an active member of her community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Senior Services of Midland County. She is primarily based out of her Midland office and also maintains a second office in Tawas City, her hometown, where she enjoys serving the community she grew up in.

Outside of her practice, Paige enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Paige is licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan. She also has been awarded a Certificate of Completion by the Institute of Continued Legal Education in the field of elder law.
